Factory inspection checklist vibration – Noise

Factory inspection checklist vibration – Noise Under the impact of equipment arranged in the factory, lifting equipment, operating machinery, transport equipment for production in the factory area, etc., causing the factory structure to vibrate, reducing the quality of the workshop.

VERIFICATION OF FACTORY “MEASURING VIBRATION”:

1. In order to determine the quality of the current state, evaluate the effects of vibration when the equipment is operating on the bearing structure.

2. Evaluate the safety of the factory, propose a plan to handle the current state of the factory structure.

3. Evaluate the effects of vibration when the device operates on the load-bearing structure.

4. Evaluate the safety of the workshop, propose a plan to handle the current state of the factory structure to ensure usability.

5. Measure the vibration of the building column and floor at the time when the machinery is placed on the floor to determine the vibration velocity, the vibration measurement points are concentrated at the locations where the machinery and equipment are operating, is capable of causing the greatest vibrations.

IMPLEMENTATION INSTRUCTIONS

Vietnam standard 7378: 2004 vibration and vibration – vibration for the building – limited vibration level and evaluation method.

Vietnam standard 6962: 2001 Vibration and vibration – Vibration caused by construction and industrial production activities – Permitted maximum level for public and residential environment.

Vietnam standard 6963: 2001 Vibration and vibration – Vibration caused by construction activities and industrial production – Measurement method.

Vietnam standard 7191: 2002 (ISO 4866: 1990) Vibration and vibration – Vibration for buildings – Guide to measuring vibrations and assessing the effects of vibrations on buildings.

Vietnam standard 4150-3: 1999 Vibration on construction works – Part 3: Effects of vibration on construction structures.

FACTORY VARIETY VERIFICATION RESULTS

A. Make a report on the actual condition of the factory.

B. Conclusion of influence of vibration when the device operates on load-bearing structure and factory safety.

C. Proposing a plan to handle the current state of the factory structure to ensure usability.

INSPECTION OF FACTORY “MONITORING NOISE”:

1. To determine the noise affecting the health of workers in the factory according to the current assessment standards and regulations.

2. The noise source rating provides information for building noise control.

3. Monitor and control noise levels over time and space.

4. Provide a factory noise warning.

5. To explain to the leaders, propose a plan to deal with the current state of the noise source.
