PURPOSE OF INSTALLATION OF MORE WEIGHT FACTORY – WORKS:

CONTENTS OF THE FACTORY INSPECTION – INSPECTION OF INSTALLATION LOADING SOLAR BATTERY ON THE ROOFTOP:

1. Visually check the current status at the factory:

   – Check and determine the defects, damage to the surface of the work, the locations of cracks.

   – Measure and draw typical structure of works (Measurement of thickness, size of components)

   – Record and take pictures of defective and damaged locations.

   – Data acquisition machine: Steel ruler, laser distance meter, crack width meter.

2. Check the structure of the floor, factory floor:

   – Check, determine the characteristics, thickness of the structure layers of the foundation, floor (concrete, crushed stone).

   – Data collection machine: Concrete drill, hand drill, steel ruler, caliper.

3. Concrete strength test:

   – Data collection machine: Sampling drill – Concrete drill, hand drill.

4. Check the factory floor, floor, roof deflection:

   – Check the deflection (difference of points) of the existing building foundation nền.

   – Data collection machine: Surveying – Electronic total station leica.

FINISHING RESULTS OF FACTORY QUALITY ASSESSMENT – GARMENT FACTORY INSPECTION

A. Calculation and determination of the load-bearing capacity of the foundation, floor, roof: Based on the survey results of the actual status, combined with the as-built records of the work, geological survey records of the work area or its vicinity.

B. Determine the actual condition of the factory floor, floor, roof.
