Construction quality inspection – Construction inspection – Construction inspection is the activity of inspecting and evaluating the quality or causes of damage to the work, the value of the work, shelf life and other technical parameters of the work, construction part or the whole construction work through observation and experiment in combination with calculation and analysis according to current standards.

Inspection Vietsum presents the following contents: Quality inspection of construction works – Inspection of works – Inspection of construction works.
TASKS OF CONSTRUCTION QUALITY INSPECTION:
1. Construction quality inspection – Construction inspection aims to analyze and re-evaluate the entire quality of the work up to the present time to draw conclusions to the Investor about the status of the quality of the works to serve the current safe use needs of the works and to renovate and expand the works.
2. Construction inspection aims to analyze and evaluate the quality of works in service of conversion of use functions, change of load, increase of dead load, live load in use, raising of floors; Assess the safety level of bearing capacity of the structure after converting the use function for the Investor;
3. Construction quality inspection aims to assess the remaining quality of the work after an incident due to objective causes, in order to draw conclusions about the quality of the remaining work, the remaining quality percentage of the work and property value;
4. To inspect the works in service of the current inventory, to determine the value of assets and works attached to the land in service of the relocation;
5. Inspecting works in service of granting factory load-bearing safety certification, ensuring safety to continue putting into operation;
6. Inspecting the quality of works in service of assessing work incidents, determining causes of damage, causes of settlement, cracking, staining, peeling, and structural damage; assess the safety of structural parts and the whole building;
7. Quality inspection of works – Inspection of works in service of assessing the quality of works for completion of works; maintenance and upgrading works; strengthening works;
PROJECT QUALITY INSPECTION PROCESS – PROJECT INSPECTION IN VIETSUM:
Step 1: Preliminary survey:
– Collect and check as-built documents of components, structures, work parts, work items and works to be inspected. Visually observe the scene of newly arising damage and repaired damage to assess the condition of the work.
– Prepare project quality inspection outline and submit it to the Investor for approval.
– Make estimates of unit prices for quality inspection of works and submit them to the Investor for approval.
Step 2: Survey to check detailed evaluation:
– Carry out inspection and assessment of the current status of components, structures, the entire work, work items to determine the technical parameters at the construction site.
Step 3: Perform experiments to test:
– Carrying out testing to check the quality of construction components and structures. Testing can be done right on the structural members by non-destructive methods or by direct sampling at the site.
Step 4: Make a table to analyze the data and evaluate the results.
– Prepare a table to analyze the measurement results.
– Check, make a model to calculate and check according to the results of experimental and measurement data.
– General assessment to determine the working ability of the object to be tested.
Step 5: Make a work quality inspection report.
– Construction quality inspection report: will present the purpose of inspection; Description of the inspected work item, the appendix of the inspection image, the results of the survey and calculation, the assessment of the quality of the work, the damage status of the work (if any), conclusions and propose solutions to strengthen the works. (number of periodic re-test).

COST OF CONSTRUCTION QUALITY INSPECTION – CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION AT VIETSUM:

- a) Expenses for surveying the current state of the inspected objects;
- B) Expenses for making outlines, verifying outlines and cost estimates for work verification;
- C) Cost of collecting and studying documents related to the inspection of works;
- D) Expenses for testing, calculating, analyzing, monitoring and evaluating the quality of works;
- E) Expenses for making reports on construction quality inspection results;
